It’s a “Clean up the Yard” kind of day….

With leaves piling up in our yards, I figured it was time to encourage our children to help clean up.   Now, since we can’t throw leaves very well, I decided that balls would be a better option for class.   We had a “fence” in the middle and 20 colorful balls scattered around the gym.  The goal was to get all the balls on the other side of the fence…clean up the yard!   This, of course, was my way to reinforce our throwing skills….but the kids didn’t need to know they were really learning too… 🙂

We had a blast and lots of good throws…..and we cleaned up our yards!!
